Position Summary

The Leasing Team Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Office and Retail Leasing Teams through transaction coordination, reporting, administrative support, and process management. This role maintains leasing data, supports lease execution activities, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists with travel and conference logistics, and team operations. The Leasing Team Coordinator works closely with Asset Management, Legal, Construction, Marketing, Property Management, and Leasing Operations teams to support efficient execution of leasing initiatives.

Essential Functions

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Office and Retail Leasing Teams.
- Draft and prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs), transaction summaries, approval materials, commission agreements, and related leasing documentation.
- Coordinate transaction documentation, approvals, and execution processes.
- Maintain and manage leasing pipelines, databases, reporting tools, and transaction tracking materials.
- Track marketing, design, construction, and stakeholder engagement requests related to leasing transactions.
- Coordinate tenant tours, market visits, and stakeholder walk-throughs.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to leasing activity, prospective tenants, market activity, and transaction status.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, industry conference registrations, meeting logistics, and related administrative activities including expense reports.
- Act as a liaison with Leasing Operations, Asset Management, Legal, Property Management, Construction, and other internal stakeholders to support transaction execution and process improvements.
- Support preparation and distribution of leasing and marketing materials.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up activities.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of leasing processes and workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, operations, administration, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Experience in maintaining reports, databases, tracking tools, and business records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PDF editing software.
- Ability to coordinate projects, meetings, travel, conferences, and administrative processes.
- Experience working with commercial real estate transactions, leasing documentation, or related business processes preferred.
- Interest in commercial real estate, retail and office leasing, and urban development preferred.

Work Environment

- Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.
- Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings and meeting locations; ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $22 to $24 an hour . The position is also eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
