Job Description:

Job Summary**

The QC (Quality Control) position at CROWN Heshan is responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications through inspection, testing, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities*

* Perform in-process and final inspections of products according to established procedures and specifications.
* Conduct various quality control tests using appropriate equipment and methods.
* Record and maintain accurate documentation of inspection and test results.
* Identify and report non-conforming products or processes to appropriate personnel.
* Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Participate in the calibration and maintenance of QC equipment.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures.
* Proficiency in using various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
