Full-Time Housekeeper | Delray Beach, FL
A private family in Delray Beach is seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-sufficient Full-Time Housekeeper to join their household. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home, and is confident managing their responsibilities independently.
Salary : $40/hour DOE
Schedule : Monday–Friday; occasional weekends
Start Date : November/December
Responsibilities
- General and detailed household cleaning
- Laundry, organization, and dry-cleaning coordination
- Maintaining organized closets and household areas
- Unboxing packages, disposing of boxes, and collecting mail
- Running occasional errands and returns
- Unloading and putting away groceries
- Cleaning outdoor/patio areas as needed
- Seasonal deep cleaning while the family is away
- Working collaboratively with household staff
The housekeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of three residences: the main house, guest house, and parents home. Cleaning will be divided between the three residences on different days throughout the week.
Qualifications
- Strong professional housekeeping experience
- Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Friendly, discreet, professional, and nonjudgmental
- Must be comfortable working around cats; the family has three
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable working outdoors when needed
- Willing to become a notary at the family's expense; existing notary status is a plus
