Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Certification in database systems and RDBMS technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)).
- Minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience in Oracle ERP application development, including system customization and report development.
- Strong experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
- Experience in IT processes, procedures, and application support environments.
- Basic Unix/Linux user skills
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
