Job Responsibilities:

Tasks:

- Planning, establishing, and developing the Quality Department
- Implementing, and maintain the Quality Management System
- Regular reporting to management on the status and effectiveness of the QMS
- Defining procedures and work instructions to ensure system, product, and process quality
- Developing the company’s quality strategy and quality objectives
- Monitoring and defining actions in case of deviations from quality targets
- Defining immediate actions in case of critical quality issues
- Planning and tracking internal & external Audits
- Identifying potential failure modes and defining appropriate preventive measures
- Ensuring quality-related deadlines are met in the process of new parts (Program / APQP), series production, and complaint handling

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing/engineering environment with quality management responsibility

- Business-network in the automotive sector is an asset (contacts with OEMs, TIERs etc.)

- Excellent knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP)

- Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG and VDA requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements, especially of German OEMs

- Trained as internal (Automotive) Auditor according to IATF 16949 and Process Auditor according to VDA 6.3

- Business-level German and/or English and knowledge of Hungarian as a plus
- Team Leadership fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous development among team members
- High degree of self-motivation, hands-on approach, ability to work independently, willingness to travel and to work overtime
- Ability to coordinate and foster interdisciplinary teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with awareness of deadlines
- Understanding of Group and Corporate objectives, goals, strategies, and responsibilities, and ability to support and promote them
