Job Responsibilities:

- Process Optimization – Analyze, improve, and standardize assembly line processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Quality Assurance – Monitor and ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and internal quality requirements
- Technical Support – Assist production teams in troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues
- Tooling & Equipment Management – Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of assembly tools and machinery
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow

Who we are looking for:

- Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, or production engineering
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and automation technologies
- Ability to analyze issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and guide teams in technical matters
- Familiarity with CAD software and understanding of automotive production standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)
