# Job Description
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate growth among our most strategic customers across multiple segments (predominantly IDNs). This field-based role partners directly with Strategic account executives to win and expand enterprise relationships through precision Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and differentiated value programs.
This is a high-visibility role operating at the center of sales, marketing, thought leadership and executive engagement, ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and wants to influence enterprise-level growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Account Growth
- Partner with sales leaders to develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for priority IDNs and enterprise-level customers.
- Align engagement plans to complex buying committees and executive stakeholders.
- Activate tailored campaigns in collaboration with digital and product marketing teams.
- Support executive briefings, customer workshops, and national industry events.
- Map customer journeys, pain points, and decision drivers to actual personas, to develop relevant value propositions and targeted account engagement strategies.
Advance Value-Based Partnerships
- Support scalable programs that reinforce our strategic partnership across health systems
- Help articulate and communicate measurable business impact to customer stakeholders.
- Capture insights and successes to strengthen enterprise growth strategies.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner and thought partner to sales executives to win despite large, complex deal cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and digital teams to align messaging and activation.
- Bring field insights back to the organization to sharpen positioning and competitive readiness.
- Measure ABM impact through account engagement, pipeline influence, account progression, executive meetings, and strategic expansion opportunities.
About you :
This role is designed for a commercially sharp marketer who wants to operate at the enterprise level, influence major customer decisions, and help shape the future of strategic partnerships in healthcare.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business or a related discipline required
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing commercial roles within healthcare.
- Experience working in a B2B environment, partnering directly with large health systems (IDNs) and/or Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to support customer engagement, business development, and growth initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales processes and mapping complex buyer journeys.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence.
- Ability to work in office a minimum of 4 days a week with 35% travel.
Preferred Qualifiications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
- Experience with marketing automation, intent data, analytics, or ABM (Account Based Marketing) platforms to support campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of Challenger sales and marketing principles.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
Salary Range Information
$146,000.00 - $233,600.00 USD Annual
