WHAT WE'RE DOING
Developing and integrating software for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) weapon system. The JASSM was designed to provide an autonomous, long-range, conventional, air-to-ground, precision missile able to strike highly defended, high value targets. Our team specifically develops the JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) suite of products to improve quality and speed in targeting and strike planning solutions.
THE WORK
The JES Systems Engineer will focus on testing, optimization, and analysis for various target and strike planning products to support the JES program. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. WHO WE ARE
As part of the LM RMS Enterprise Mission Command and Control (EMC2) organization, you will support software testing and analysis for the JES program. Reporting to a Mission Optimization lead, you will work with cross-functional, multi-site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging for root cause analysis
* Experience with SQL Server / SQL Server Management Studio
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., python) for building and maintaining automated test frameworks
* Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
* Ability to obtain a government-issued Secret clearance
Desired Skills
* Experience working within an agile team environment
* Strong problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with software testing
* Experience with version control using Git
* Experience with Postman or similar tools
* Familiarity with Developing System Requirements, Interfaces, or Architectures using Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
