Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineering Technical Lead (Software Lead) within the Space Software Product Line (SSPL) you will contribute to our mission by:
\- Managing the top level software architecture for the project or product
\- Managing intra-team dependencies (inside SSPL)
\- Supporting the Project Lead in maintaining the whole project roadmap
\- Managing Agile Epics and Stories allocated to Software Team
\- Approving architectural changes for the project or product
\- Managing requirements flowdown and integration and test activities across SSPL products

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
\- Proven delivery of complex, high visibility initiatives in a professional engineering environment, with a track record of owning the end to end cycle
\- Proficient in one or more of the following: Python, C/C++
\- Experience completing technical trade-offs, clearly articulating rationale, and communicating decisions to product, operations, and other stakeholders
\- Foster a collaborative mindset, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, and work to raise the entire team’s skill level

Desired Skills

\- Strong attention to detail
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
