Job Description: A growing commercial real estate company is seeking an Architectural Designer to support a high-volume portfolio of tenant improvement and commercial office projects throughout Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Commercial Space Planning who enjoys fast-paced project work, collaborating with multiple teams, and seeing their designs come to life. You'll work closely with development, construction, leasing, and property management teams while supporting new construction initiatives, tenant build-outs, space modifications, and ongoing design revisions across a large commercial portfolio. This position is best suited for candidates who are passionate about design, drafting, and commercial interiors. Please note that the company does not employ licensed architects, so individuals actively pursuing architectural licensure may not be able to obtain the required work experience hours toward certification while employed here. Work Environment:
- Full-time, fully onsite position in Broomfield, CO

Responsibilities:
- Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documents for commercial office and tenant improvement projects
- Develop space plans and layouts that meet tenant and project requirements
- Support multiple active projects simultaneously while managing shifting priorities
- Assist with ongoing tenant modifications, space reconfigurations, and design revisions
- Coordinate with internal development, construction, leasing, and property management teams
- Participate in planning and design efforts for new building initiatives and future developments
- Help manage growing design demand across more than 200 tenants and a rapidly expanding portfolio
- Communicate effectively with brokers, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications: Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial interiors, tenant improvement (TI), architecture, or commercial space planning
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience creating construction documents and space plans
Nice to Have
- Office tenant improvement (TI) project experience
- Experience working directly with brokers and tenants
- Proficiency with Procore
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or SolidWorks
- Commercial real estate industry experience
- Exposure to development or property management environments
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
