Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Description As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for handling collections via email and phone, managing credit memos and payments, and overseeing a portfolio of 300-350 customers. Experience in Credit Analysis is advantageous, especially for providing support to the Credit Team using tools like D&B. Responsibilities
- Manage all collection efforts for trade receivables, including direct communication with customers and field operations.
- Serve as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.
- Support field offices in customer accounts related activities.
- Recommend payment plans for customers as needed.
- Respond promptly to statement inquiries and other questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments by providing excellent customer service.
- Perform consolidated account summaries, pulling data from various locations for reporting.
- Engage in special projects such as audit support, month-end tasks, and third-party collections.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of business experience with a focus on collections.
- College degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle and Highradius is a plus.
- NACM certification is advantageous.
- Experience with Excel formulas, pivots, and vlookups.
- Familiarity with large ERPs such as Oracle or SAP.
Work Environment This role is in a dynamic team of about 12 people where AR and Collections have merged, allowing for a broader range of tasks within the AR/Collections cycle. The work environment is flexible, with no set hours, allowing you to manage your own time. You will work closely with AR, Collections, and Billing teams, spending three days in the office. The company culture is rebuilding and growing rapidly after the pandemic, with perks like free coffee and the return of free soda. The business focuses on leasing and managing AV setups in hotels, primarily within the hospitality industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
