Do you enjoy solving complex business problems? Are you energized by identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving meaningful change? GEICO's Corporate Underwriting team is seeking a motivated, analytical professional to join us as a Senior Process Analyst.

The duties consist of analyzing complex business problems and key performance measures, understanding the drivers of performance, helping develop solutions to problems, and much more! We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and an excellent analytical thinker. As a Senior Process Analyst, in addition to working with peers and management, you can expect to work closely with our partners in other areas of the business to drive change.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

Advance Business Solutions:

- Lead and support large, complex initiatives aimed at solving business challenges and improving operational performance

- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive measurable results

Evaluate Business Performance:

- Analyze sales, underwriting, claims, and other business data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and to help solve mid to high level business problems in pursuit of company goals

- Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and business initiatives

Turn Insights Into Recommendations:

- Create clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

- Translate complex data and technical concepts into meaningful business insights

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

- Have 2+ years of GEICO experience working in cross-functional teams with a focus on sales, service, and underwriting processes

- Experience analyzing large data sets and providing recommendations for improvements to complex business problems

Core Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Intellectual curiosity to learn and ability to ask insightful questions

- Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information

Annual Salary
$73,800.00 - $141,450.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
