Job Title: Account Development Executive - OKC Job Description
We are seeking Account Development Executives to spearhead a new partnership program with local businesses in rural communities. This role is vital for expanding small businesses and helping them increase their income through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Travel within an assigned territory 4 days a week, working remotely when not traveling.
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a 2-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.
- Track lead activity and manage pipeline using Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events like lunch and learns, townhall meetings, and coffee chats.
- Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.
- Maintain and assign leads to the sales team and prospect for new leads.
- Manage the flow of incoming leads and create sales reports.
- Analyze lead data, including conversion rates and cost of leads.
- Liaise with other groups in the company to improve sales processes.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
- Experience in outside/field sales.
- CRM experience is required, with Salesforce being preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation is a plus.
- Professionalism and enthusiasm in working with others.
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills for field applicants.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ACT!, Salesforce.com, or other SFA tools.
- Experience in online research.
- Ability to be in the market for up to 8 hours daily.
Work Environment
This role involves 4-5 days in the field recruiting for partnerships. Travel is required 4-5 days per week, but you will work Monday to Friday during core business hours and return home every night. Reliable transportation is necessary. You will be reimbursed for mileage at 70 cents per mile and receive $50 monthly phone bill reimbursement. The work involves using technology and systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
