Position Overview
The Title Clerk/Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, tracking, and maintenance of vehicles titles, registrations, contracts, and related documentation. This position ensures all contracted deals are processed efficiently, title inventory is accurate, and outstanding title issues are followed through to resolution.
What Youll Do
- Process and white - slip all contracted deals accurately and within established timelines.
- Perform general administrative duties and office errands as needed.
- Process registration stickers for sold vehicles.
- Process outgoing titles for wholesale units.
- Process and release titles for accounts that have been paid off in a timely manner . Maintain title books and ensure all titles are properly accounted for .
- Request titles and contracts from lenders for non - active accounts as needed .
- Process and release titles for accounts that have been paid off in a timely manner .
- Follow up on outstanding title , registration , lender , and documentation issues .
- Enter inspection reports into the appropriate systems and maintain supporting files .
- Assist customers with inspections , title questions , and other title - related inquiries . Perform other duties as assigned .

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
