Role Overview

BRP’s Global Security Team is seeking a motivated Intelligence Analyst to support global intelligence, threat monitoring, and situational awareness activities that protect BRP’s people, property, products, and brand reputation.

Based in Mexico (Juárez Campus), the Intelligence Analyst will support the Intelligence Lead and Global Security team in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information related to security risks affecting BRP’s manufacturing sites, production & logistics operations, and in supporting Mexico-based incident & investigation management.

This role is ideal for a professional looking to develop expertise in the intelligence cycle within a corporate security environment, with a strong focus on regional risk (Mexico/Latin America) and progressively on BRP global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Intelligence Monitoring, Collection and Proactivity

• Conduct continuous monitoring of regional (Mexico/LATAM) security risks, including crime and safety awareness, transnational criminal organizations, foreign terrorist organizations, and geopolitical trends, using internal and external tools and sources.
• Track news, social media, government advisories, and intelligence alerts to identify threats impacting BRP operations, personnel, or supply chain.
• Support the maintenance of intelligence trackers, databases, and situational awareness dashboards.
• Escalate relevant threats or incidents in a timely manner to the Intelligence Lead.
• Be an active participant through AIRIP (Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals), OSAC (Overseas Security Advisory Council), ASIS, INDEX (Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportación), CLAM (Comité Local de ayuda Mutua), and any other associations of interest.

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze collected information to assess relevance, credibility, and operational impact within the BRP Intelligence Standard and brief the Intelligence Lead, the LATAM Regional Security Manager and Global Security Director (as needed).
• Produce and support the development of intelligence deliverables, including:

- Monthly Intelligence Reports
- Intelligence Advisories, Briefs, and Special Intelligence Reports • Contribute to briefings related to travel safety, site security, and emerging risks.
• Ensure intelligence outputs are clear, concise, and actionable for stakeholders.

Incident & Investigation Support

• Act as a subject-matter expert on incident classification in the ONTIC System and help Security teams navigate the platform’s processes for investigation management.
• Provide analytical support to security incidents and investigations by gathering background intelligence and open-source data.
• Help identify patterns or trends across incidents to support proactive risk mitigation.
• Support the Mexico Security Team in conducting investigations when required.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with Global Security team members across regions.
• Collaborate with local site teams in Mexico to enhance situational awareness and risk reporting.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and training sessions to deepen knowledge of corporate security practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in: • International Relations or Public Policy
• Security Studies
• Political Science / Law
• Criminal Justice
• Sociology or History Studies
• Criminology
• Or a related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, security, risk analysis, or a related field (internships included)
• Experience working with open-source intelligence tools or research methodologies is preferred
• Familiarity with security risks in Mexico and Latin America is a strong asset

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear written products
• Good judgment in assessing the credibility and relevance of information
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Strong ethical standards with heavy handling of sensitive and confidential information

Languages

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
