MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Participate in the different phases of new product development.
● Execute all applicable processes rigorously within the assigned area of responsibility.
● Manage daily activity planning and ensure compliance with the production plan.
● Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives through the use of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
● Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
● Contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements relevant to the position in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
● Complete all planned Quality and Training-related courses on time.
● Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
● Comply with all safety regulations and requirements applicable to the position.
