## Our Team, Your Impact

The Sample Management Associate position is ideal for entry level candidates seeking to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This position supports Quality Control operations in a GxP-compliant environment through QC sample management, laboratory sample administration, and GMP stability program activities. The role requires hands-on bench chemistry experience, a basic understanding of biopharmaceutical development and GxP regulations, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and performing tasks in accordance with written procedures. Additional responsibilities  include supporting stability studies and monitoring environmental chambers. This position will include both lab-based and desk-based work. ## How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Support sample management activities, including receipt, inventory, distribution, shipping, and disposal of analytical samples
- Prepare analytical and stability samples and coordinate testing with external laboratories
- Assist in sterile aliquoting of samples in a biosafety cabinet
- Maintain and track laboratory inventory using the LIMS Inventory Manager, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and material availability
- Enter and maintain sample and testing data in LIMS
- Support environmental chamber monitoring, alarm response, maintenance, and compliance activities.
- Assist with the development, review, and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
- Maintain compliance with ICH, GxP, and safety requirements, escalating deviations, unexpected results, and equipment issues as needed.
- Document and communicate results clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Maintain collaboration with external testing partners and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Provide feedback on systems and processes to promote continuous improvement and champion selected change
- This role will be exposed to various groups in the Quality Control department including stability, chemistry, raw materials, and potency.

## Your Skills and Experience

- BS degree in a scientific discipline with 0-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory, or in lieu of a degree, 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
- A successful candidate will  be eager to learn and will take ownership of the position, looking for ways to improve the process.
- Effective written and oral communication skills are essential.
