JOB SUMMARY

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager, Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations to lead the design, governance, delivery, and optimization of the Workday ecosystem and related HR technology platforms. This hands-on leadership role serves as the technical and architectural authority for Workday, defining enterprise integration strategy, architecture standards, data integrity and security practices, and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs. The role partners across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and external vendors, balancing strategic direction with execution, operational excellence, innovation, and team development.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Define and maintain the long-term Workday and HR technology architecture roadmap aligned with business and enterprise technology objectives.

·    Establish architecture standards, integration frameworks, design principles, reusable patterns, development practices, governance processes, and future-state architecture.

·    Own end-to-end architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support for Workday integrations; lead design reviews and complex production root-cause analysis.

·    Serve as technical authority across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, file-based integrations, and SFTP.

·    Lead integration architecture across middleware and enterprise platforms, including API-first and event-driven patterns; drive modernization and simplification.

·    Provide architecture and integration leadership for Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

·    Establish security, privacy, audit, access-control, encryption, monitoring, data quality, and data-governance standards for employee and payroll data.

·    Lead and mentor analysts, developers, consultants, and vendors; manage workload, resource planning, vendor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.

·    Lead technical delivery for enhancements and strategic initiatives, including release management, testing, deployment, change control, DevOps, and automation practices.

·    Partner with Enterprise Architecture and senior business/technology leaders to evaluate new capabilities and ensure reliable, scalable, secure solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:  Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:  Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

·    10+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise HR technology environments.

·    7+ years of hands-on Workday experience.

·    5+ years of Workday architecture and integration leadership experience.

·    5+ years of people leadership, vendor management, or consulting leadership experience.

·    Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise organizations and leading complex Workday implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

·    Vendor governance, program/portfolio management, financial and budget management

·    Team development, change leadership and operational excellence

·    TOGAF (preferred)

·    Azure Solutions Architect Certification (preferred)
