title: OIM Technical Specialist

Duration: 12 months
SUMMARY
Senior technical resource responsible for identity lifecycle management, access governance, cloud IAM integrations, application onboarding, troubleshooting, architecture, modernization, and migration of legacy IAM capabilities toward cloud-based identity governance solutions.
The individual should be capable of designing solutions, leading complex troubleshooting efforts, performing root-cause analysis, and providing technical direction to other engineers. Ability to bridge the organization's existing OIG/OAM environment with its future cloud identity and Oracle Access Governance strategy. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM, migrating or modernizing OIG/OIM functionality toward Oracle Access Governance or other cloud IGA platforms.
Independently own complex IAM problems spanning legacy Oracle IAM, cloud IAM, access governance, directories, middleware, applications, and infrastructure. Develop and maintain OIG connectors, application integrations, scheduled jobs, reconciliation processes, event handlers, adapters, and workflows. Develop and support custom integrations using Java, scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle IAM APIs. Experience deploying cloud based AOB connectors (Azure, SCIM), DBAT, LDAP, AD, Workday, PeopleSoft connectors.
Oracle Access Governance Experience/ Exposure [Implement and administer, configure identity and access data ingestion from enterprise and cloud systems, design and manage access review and certification campaigns, support application onboarding].
