About this role
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in a Safety, Health or Environmental ABET accredited degree program or a technical BS degree (chemistry, biology, engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of ten years of experience in EHS management, preferably with Global experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively drive change through a matrix organization.
- Ability to set and communicate clear direction through all levels of the organization
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Human and Organizational Performance processes.
- Leadership in a Fatal and Serious Injury prevention process
- Intermediate understanding of environmental regulations of air, water and waste permits.
- Successful negotiation of environmental permits.
- Intermediate understanding of occupational health and medical industrial protocols to drive health compliance and wellness.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
