As a Contingent Worker Analyst, you will play a key role in managing agreements and processes related to our contingent workforce. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality work. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.
NOTE – This is a 12-month temporary full-time position with the possibility of conversion into permanent.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end administration of contingent workforce engagements , overseeing agreement creation, approvals, compliance requirements, contract maintenance, renewals, and terminations to ensure a seamless workforce experience.
- Partner closely with business leaders, contingent workers, and staffing partners to align workforce agreements with operational needs, corporate policies, and strategic talent objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external staffing agencies , serving as a trusted point of contact to drive service excellence, responsiveness, and effective talent delivery.
- Maintain accurate workforce data, reporting, and governance processes , leveraging tracking tools and HR systems to support compliance, workforce visibility, and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Supply Management, Legal, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective contingent workforce governance and consistent application of company standards and practices.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives , developing process documentation, job aids, and training resources while supporting system enhancements, testing activities, and program optimization efforts.
What You Bring to The Role:
- Degree in Human Resources or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders both in person and remotely
