What You'll Do

- Contact patients to schedule medication refills and deliveries
- Process prescriptions and refill requests
- Verify insurance and payment information
- Update patient records accurately
- Coordinate with pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare providers
- Track medication orders and shipments
- Provide excellent customer service and support

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Patient access or reimbursement experience
- Prior authorization knowledge
- Call center experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pharmacy or healthcare systems

Hybrid Model:

- 2 days onsite
- 3 days remote

Pay:

- $21-$25/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
