We are seeking a talented Software Developer with a focus on backend development (70%) and frontend tasks (30%). The role involves working with a variety of programming languages and technologies to develop and maintain innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using one of the core programming languages such as Java, Ruby on Rails, or Golang.
- Implement frontend components using JavaScript.
- Contribute to full-stack development projects.
- Utilize AWS, Terraform, and Ansible for cloud and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the core backend languages: Golang, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with JavaScript for frontend development.
- Full-stack development capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
