Purpose of the Job
Flyttr is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will drive integrated planning and execution across the Supply Chain, connecting demand, inventory, supply, capacity, production, and logistics, with a focus on anticipating risks, managing exceptions, and ensuring service levels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production and supply plans based on commercial demand, inventory targets, production capacity, material availability, supply constraints, and business priorities.
- Translate demand forecasts and commercial requirements into feasible production and supply plans, proactively identifying gaps between demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
- Analyse demand trends, forecast changes, and commercial priorities, challenging assumptions when appropriate and assessing their potential impact on production, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and analyse planning scenarios to evaluate trade-offs between production capacity, inventory levels, supply availability, service levels, and business priorities, recommending appropriate actions.
- Monitor the execution of production and supply plans, analysing deviations and coordinating corrective actions with Production, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, monitor and ensure inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods, balancing product availability, working capital, service levels, and obsolescence risks.
- Identify capacity constraints, material shortages, demand-supply imbalances, and other planning risks, assessing their business impact and coordinating mitigation actions.
- Contribute actively to the S&OP process by consolidating, analysing, and challenging demand and supply information and supporting the development of an integrated planning view.
- Prepare and analyse supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports, identifying trends, deviations, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate planning-related activities across Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant functions, ensuring alignment of assumptions, priorities, and action plans.
- Support the implementation of new products, suppliers, processes, systems, and business initiatives from a supply chain planning perspective, assessing operational impacts and readiness requirements.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning processes, data quality, automation, standardization, and supply chain performance.
Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Operations Planning, or related areas.
- Solid hands-on experience in supply chain planning, including production planning, inventory management, material planning, supply availability, and demand analysis.
- Experience translating commercial demand and forecasts into production and supply plans, identifying gaps between demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, with the ability to independently organize activities, establish priorities, and coordinate planning-related actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes, assess risks, and translate analysis into practical actions.
- Good understanding of S&OE/S&OP and cross-functional planning processes.
- Solid experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, TOTVS, or similar.
- Intermediate to advanced Power BI or similar BI tools, including the ability to develop, maintain and interpret dashboards and KPIs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional, cross-functional, and international environments.
