Job Title: Architectural Designer Job Description We are seeking an Architectural Designer to work collaboratively with production staff architects and project architects, focusing primarily on healthcare projects. This role involves significant participation in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases. The position serves as a vital link between different architectural roles and is a step down from a Project Architect. Responsibilities

- Participate actively in the Construction Administration and Design Development phases of healthcare-focused projects.
- Collaborate with production staff architects and project architects to ensure project success.
- Manage and oversee the documentation and construction processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize Revit for project design and documentation.
- Develop and present a polished portfolio, demonstrating the ability to articulate the specifics of past projects and individual contributions.

Essential Skills

- 2-5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in REVIT software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and the ability to discuss specific project contributions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare architecture is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with corporate interiors can be beneficial.

This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work until further notice, with options to remain remote, work hybrid, or be full-time in the office in the future. Our projects typically span 6-18 months, supporting continuous professional growth and engagement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
