Join our team and play a key role in providing effective team administration, coordination and document management support to maintain accessible, accurate and professional information across SharePoint, Teams, publications and externally facing materials. Reporting to our Contract Services Manager , you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Te Kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
We are seeking a Contract Support Coordinator to join the Kainga Ora contract team based in Auckland. You will be responsible for developing and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and key stakeholders to support effective coordination, accurate documentation and SharePoint content, aligned to consistent organisational standards.
Note this is a fixed term role until 30 June 2027.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills (experience required)
- Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Forms and Outlook.
- Excellent written communication, minute-taking, proof-reading and document-formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, current and accessible information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and follow up actions confidently and professionally.
- Experience in document management, records administration, communications coordination or a similar support role is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in business administration, communications or a related discipline is desirable, or equivalent practical experience.
