Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Salary: ₱35,000 to ₱43,000
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, or experience as an Assistant
- Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management, building operations, and equipment maintenance.
- Must be an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
- Ability to analyze issues effectively and propose practical solutions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented and service-driven, with the ability to balance operational
- requirements with established policies and procedures.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversees housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other property support services, including coordination with third-party providers.
- Monitors tenant concerns, service requests, repairs, and property-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensures compliance with building policies, safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepares operational reports, monitors expenses, coordinates vendors, and recommends improvements to property management.
