Location: Jupiter St, Bel-Air, Makati City
Salary: ₱25,000 - up (depending on the experience)
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Property Management
- Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to work in Greenhills and commit to a 6-day workweek schedule
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the technical and engineering operations of the property, including building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain safe and operational.
- Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and technical projects.
- Monitors building compliance, safety standards, permits, and engineering documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Prepares maintenance reports, inspection findings, cost estimates, and recommendations to improve property operations and efficiency.
