Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Salary: ₱35,000 to ₱43,000,
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Engineering degree or a Business-related course.
- With two (2) to three (3) years of experience in independent contracting, project development, or a related field.
- Proficient in budget management, bidding, and financial analysis.
- Experienced as a Real Estate Warrantor, Property Insurance Underwriter, Risk
- Assessor, or in a similar role involving property evaluation, risk management, or insurance.
- Experience in real estate finishing works is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhill
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of property or development projects from initial planning through completion.
- Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitors project timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality standards, and overall progress.
- Assists in securing and monitoring permits, approvals, project documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Identifies project risks, resolves issues, prepares progress reports, and recommends improvements to ensure successful project completion.
