What’s on offer?

As our Infrastructure Services business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Workshop Administrator to join our North Queensland team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop and broader Business by providing efficient administrative and coordination support. While previous workshop administration experience is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from individuals with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily administrative support to workshop teams and assist the Nort Queensland Operational Teams with asset coordination and customer service activities.
- Manage subcontractor documentation accurately and maintain fleet management records and databases.
- Raise purchase orders, generate job and service cards, and support offsite inspections and warranty processes.
- Maintain staff rosters, personnel records, filing systems, and operational databases.
- Assist with stock control activities, including parts ordering, inventory monitoring, stocktakes, receipting and invoicing.
- Coordinate service schedules and monitor overdue repairs using maintenance management software.

How you’ll connect to the role?

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Experience within mechanical workshops, transport, logistics, or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
