The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced STMS professional to join our Nelson team.

As an STMS you will

- Lead crews on temporary traffic management sites
- Deliver safe and efficient traffic management solutions
- Coach and develop team members
- Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
- Be available to work night shifts, away jobs, weekends, and on-call rosters

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who:

- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors
- Value safety and looking after their teammates
- Are reliable and keen to learn
- Enjoy working with people and helping the public
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous industry experience and relevant STMS qualifications are essential
