Senior Analyst Marketing

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the Demand Center Team by analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, CRM systems, and sales operations. This role contributes to data collection, transformation, and performance measurement to strengthen marketing effectiveness and inform business decisions. It also helps ensure data integrity, actionable insights, and the reliability of core marketing reporting processes.

- Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in marketing and sales technology, including performance metrics across CRM, digital media, marketing automation, ecommerce systems, website analytics, A/B testing, and social media.
- Demonstrated expertise using marketing and reporting platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable systems.
- Proficient in customer database management and analysis, including advanced querying, aggregation, appending, and segmentation. Experienced with querying and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, business analytics, customer experience, data visualization, deductive reasoning, project management, teamwork and technology acumen
- Strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Demonstrate initiative, learning agility, and collaboration, along with the ability to work independently while supporting complex marketing reporting and analytics needs.
