Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Business Problem Solving

- Support consulting engagements by conducting structured research, analysis, and insight generation.
- Break down complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market, business, organizational, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Executive Storytelling & Communication

- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and discussion materials.

Essential Requirements

- Currently pursuing an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate business degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate complex information and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT and other enterprise approved tools) for research, analysis, content development, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities.
