## What You Can Expect

As a Product Specialist , you will support the development and execution of key marketing initiatives designed to drive adoption, awareness, and growth of the iovera franchise .  Working closely with the existing iovera Marketing team, this individual will help translate core brand strategy into high-quality, coordinated execution across customer segments, channels, and functional partners.  In addition to US responsibilities, this role will also serve as an important liaison to our international teams, helping to facilitate alignment and support adoption of iovera within other channels.

## How You'll Create Impact

•    Support strategic and annual business planning by organizing market information, product performance inputs, customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
•    Manage marketing projects from concept through execution, coordinating timelines, agencies, internal stakeholders, regulatory review, and deliverables.
•    Partner with sales, medical, clinical education, reimbursement/access, training, corporate communications, and other functional teams to support integrated commercial activities.
•    Serve as a key marketing liaison for oUS/international teams, facilitating communication, sharing US resources and best practices, and helping support market-specific needs and opportunities.
•    Support expansion of iovera initiatives into new functional and customer channels, identifying opportunities to broaden brand reach and engagement.
•    Support development of HCP and patient-facing promotional resources, digital initiatives, field tools, congress activities, educational programs, and other brand assets.
•    Help translate product strategy into go-to-market plans, including regional launch planning, sales tools, promotional programs and commercial collateral.
•    Collect, organize and synthesize voice-of-customer, product, market and field feedback to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
•    Maintain current product, competitive and market information in approved company systems and shared resources.
•    Support product training and education for commercial teams and internal partners by helping prepare materials, coordinate sessions and respond to product questions.
•    Coordinate information and logistics for appropriate key opinion leader interactions and engagements, in alignment with applicable company policies and processes.
•    Assist with market and performance analytics, including basic reporting, trend identification and preparation of clear summaries for Product Management and cross-functional partners.

## Your Background

•    Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, marketing, commercial operations, sales enablement, market research or a related field.
•    Experience supporting product launches, portfolio planning, competitive intelligence, customer insights, marketing analytics or sales tools is preferred.
•    Familiarity with orthopedic products, surgical procedures, medical-device commercialization or regulated healthcare environments is preferred.

## Travel Expectations

- Up to 10% travel migth be required
- Expected compensation for the role is $66,000 - $83,000 base per year plus performance bonus.
