Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Application Specialist to join our team in North-West Italy (Piemonte, Liguria and Lombardia). In this role, you will serve as a key technical expert and liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support and application expertise to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our products. You will join our team to support the Atellica Solutions and Integrated Instrument Family (Immunochemistry and Chemical Chemistry) within our In Vitro Diagnostics Business Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support to customers in North Italy, addressing application-related inquiries and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients on product features and best practices.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relevant to the field.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Experience
- Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge essential for the role.
- Preferably 1-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, showcasing practical expertise and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Proven competence in interactive communication, problem solving, and decision making, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical and clinical information in a simplified and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in both written and oral English, with strong communication skills to support documentation, presentations, and client interactions.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a continuous openness to learning, coupled with flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel within the assigned region as required.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, to efficiently prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses supporting daily tasks and strategic initiatives.

- The position is regulated by the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico), qualifica Impiegato.
- The base salary for this position typically ranges from €38.000 -€51.500 gross per year. The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location.
- Performance Bonus: this role is eligible for a variable incentive plan linked to specific achievements (5%).
