Then come and join our global team as HR Global Process Owner – Total Rewards (f/m/d), for overseeing and improving global HR processes, in the scope of employee lifecycle management (including, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits) HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll-related functions such as time and attendance. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to lead process design, automation, and standardization in a fast-growing international environment. The HR GPO acts as a change agent and partner to HR stakeholders, managing complex multinational projects and ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Process Improvement and Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end design, ownership, and continuous enhancement of HR processes globally.
- Initiate process and system changes, prioritize improvement initiatives, and manage project roadmaps for global HR programs.
- Ensure processes comply with jurisdictional regulations while delivering an excellent employee experience and supporting global expansion.
- Develop and approve detailed business process documentation, including current and future state descriptions and business requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to optimize service delivery and leadership models.
- Confirm business readiness prior to deploying new processes or system enhancements and communicate changes to users.
- Collaborate continuously with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end time and attendance processes and align transformation roadmaps.
Transformation and Governance
- Partner with HR Operations to define and govern these policies.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to implement and ensure system functionality.
- Establish frameworks to stabilize and sustain outcomes post-launch, driving ownership of execution across teams.
- Apply expertise in global processes and internal controls to assess the impact of process or system changes.
- Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
Change Management
- Collaborate with a team of experts globally to drive changes and transformations.
- Coordinate the transition to standardized, process-driven ways of working across regions.
- Act as a business partner and change agent for HR-stakeholders globally, supporting HR transformation initiatives focused on talent attraction, onboarding, performance management, development, and retention.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
- You have proven many years of experience in global HR process management and HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- You have very strong knowledge of HR process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma; certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are advantageous.
- You possess excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- You have fluent English language skills; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- You bring strong analytical skills and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships (HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance).
- You are able to simplify complex processes and drive adoption across a global organization.
- You act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce strategies and governance topics.
- You work proactively and take ownership, especially in managing escalations and resolving issues.
- You are comfortable working in a global environment and are willing to travel (approx. 20%).
