OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

The Manager, Supply Chain Change Management and Communications will drive strategic initiatives that enable organizational transformation across the Global Supply Chain function. This role fosters employee engagement, builds change readiness, and ensures seamless adoption of new operating models by aligning stakeholders, managing multi-channel communications, and overseeing global training delivery programs.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Change Leadership: Assess change impacts, design toolkits, map out transformation playbooks, and proactively mitigate risks to reduce resistance.

- Corporate Communications: Create and execute a function-wide communications plan, producing executive messaging, project campaigns, FAQs, and managing the Supply Chain newsletter ( The Link ).

- Training Management: Build a comprehensive functional training matrix and oversee the deployment of global training schedules using digital platforms (LMS, MS Teams).

- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain stakeholder matrices, conduct readiness pulse checks, and coach leaders/managers on driving change and team engagement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to align change efforts with employee experience, wellness initiatives, and talent strategies.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

- +5 years of experience driving structured change management, corporate communications, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Proven experience working within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations environment is highly preferred.

- Change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)

- Managing communications and training for complex, multi-year, or multi-stakeholder technical/operational projects.
