The project:

This opportunity forms part of one of the most significant rail infrastructure programmes currently being delivered in Vietnam, transforming connectivity, supporting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing mobility across the region. Spanning multiple phases of planning, design and construction, the programme presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark transportation project that will leave a lasting legacy for communities and businesses alike.

Working alongside government stakeholders, international partners and an exceptional Mace team, you will help deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure within a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment. This role will suit professionals who have experience on major rail, transportation or infrastructure programmes and who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and technical excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leads planning delivery across key assignments, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with project objectives and business goals.
- Drives planning excellence across projects and tenders through effective scheduling, monitoring, reporting and performance improvement.
- Upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, sustainability, compliance and programme management across the project portfolio.
- Supports commercial, contractual and business development activities through robust planning insight, governance and due diligence.
- Builds trusted client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and influencing successful project outcomes.
- Develops high-performing teams through knowledge sharing, innovation, inclusion and the application of Mace best practice.

You’ll also have:

- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise with strong programme planning, scheduling and performance management experience.
- Significant planning experience across complex, multi-disciplinary construction and engineering environments.
- Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline, with relevant professional credentials.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, driving collaboration and team development.
