Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Namibian citizenship
- Relevant Accounting degree/qualification.
- 2 – 3 Years’ experience in accounts administration will serve as an advantage,
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Oracle)
- Excellent numerical skills and time management skills are essential.
Job Description:
- Responsible for payment of creditor invoices and creditor reconciliations from medical and ICT service providers
- Liaison with medical and ICT service providers regarding their accounts
- Attending to queries
- Responsible for creating requisitions and generating Purchase orders
- Maintain control environment
- Follow up on long outstanding orders and investigate Goods receipt not paid
- Compares costs with budget
- Handles general accounts queries
- Responsible for transaction processing
- Keep record of financial transactions
- Keep supplier account details up to date
- Processing and allocation of project costs
