• Develop and pursue new engagement opportunities with schools and education stakeholders, including identifying prospective school segments, strengthening existing accounts, and developing appropriate engagement approaches and partnerships.
• Use participation data, school feedback and market insights to identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities, and recommend improvements to programme offerings, engagement strategies and approaches to schools.
• Contribute to the development of a Science Centre alumni community by identifying meaningful ways to sustain relationships with past participants and encouraging them to champion the Centre's mission.
• Contribute to division-wide events and initiatives, and undertake other duties as assigned where required.

• Familiarity with the Singapore school environment would be an advantage.
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and see initiatives through from planning to implementation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively across teams. Adaptable, organised and a strong team player.
