As a Supply Chain Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and support end-to-end supply chain transformation initiative s across procurement, planning, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable operational enhancements that improve service, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Support clients in designing and optimizing Supply Chain Planning processes , including S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and network design.
- Drive digital transformation by leveraging AI, advanced analytics, automation, and modern supply chain technologies.
- Translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology specialists to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Support or lead implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and realization of business benefits.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership by sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and staying ahead of emerging supply chain trends and technologies.

#OurRequirements

Key Qualifications

- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with exposure to one or more of the following: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management , Warehousin g , Transportation
- Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis, or SAP S4 is required.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is a must.
- Professional proficiency in English mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

- Green Belt, APICS, PMP, or similar certifications are considered a plus.
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Retail is a plus.
- French and/or German is an advantage.
