About this role

Description

Are you excited about shaping products that reach millions of customers? Do you thrive when translating complex problems into clear strategies and actionable roadmaps? As a Sr Product Manager, you will lead product development of key features in our product roadmap, drive key business metrics, and develop requirements for innovative products for our customers.

You will work backward from customer needs, define compelling product strategies, and partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to tackle ambiguous challenges, make high-judgment decisions, and drive products from concept through launch and beyond. If you are a self-starter who combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working backward from customer needs, and using first-principles thinking to set clear priorities and make transparent trade-offs across competing demands.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, science, finance, marketing, and operations partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences on time and with high quality.
- Leverage data, customer research, usage patterns, and market trends to inform product decisions, define success criteria and KPIs, and continuously refine your roadmap investments for maximum impact.
- Influence alignment across teams with different priorities by producing clear, concise documents and driving product discussions with leadership, building consensus without direct authority.
- Own end-to-end product launches, monitor operational health post-release, and iterate rapidly by applying generative AI tools and experimentation to accelerate learning cycles and unlock new forms of innovation.

A day in the life
You might start your morning reviewing customer feedback and usage metrics to validate a hypothesis you tested last week. By mid-morning, you are in a design review refining prototypes with your UX partner, ensuring every interaction is intuitive and simple. After lunch, you lead a roadmap prioritization discussion with engineering, weighing technical trade-offs against customer value. Later, you draft a strategy document for an upcoming product initiative, pulling insights from recent market research and stakeholder conversations. Throughout it all, you balance deep analytical work with collaborative problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics
- Experience building program/product and roadmap strategy, managing end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior stakeholders
- Experience owning/managing large program or projects

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in supply chain, ecommerce, operations or retail
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
