What You'll Do

Global L&D Senior Coordinator sits at the intersection of business architecture, process optimization, and operational quality. This role owns transformation, process redesign, audit, and governance across our entire curriculum, learning journeys, and programs, and plays a critical part in L&D transformation.

Your key responsibilities:

- Project & Transformation Delivery: Manage end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Coordinate cross-functional work-streams, track milestone progress, and report risks or variances to core team
- Process Redesign, Audit & Governance: Own process redesign, audit, and governance across the end-to-end curriculum, learning journeys, and programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, with strength in stakeholder management across the business and with senior stakeholders.
- Tools & Platforms: Strong technical expertise across learning platforms and AI tools, including SABA, Docebo, SFMC, and others.
- Change Strategy & Execution: Lead change management for process and programmatic shifts, bringing strategic thinking to how new ways of working are planned, communicated, and embedded across the team, with strong communication skills to bring stakeholders along
- Project Management: Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Strong reporting and analysis capability, with a problem-solving mindset, including analysis of trends and engagement to inform decisions.
- Operations: Support the team on run-the-business activities and ad hoc projects as and when needed, stepping in flexibly to ensure continuity and momentum across priorities.

What You'll Bring

- Proven Track Record: 7+ years of progressive experience in change, transformation, Operations redesign, with at least 2+ years spearheading large-scale digital or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Tech Savviness: Deep functional knowledge of modern HR/L&D systems (e.g., Workday Learning, Docebo, EdCast, Cornerstone) and automation tools.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience running multiple concurrent workstreams across a global, matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Who You'll Work With

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the Operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
