What You'll Do
The Global L&D Senior Coordinator role sits at the intersection of reporting and analytics, audit and governance, and change management. This role owns end-to-end transformation, process redesign, audit, and governance across our entire curriculum, learning journeys, and programs, using data-driven insight and structured governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement and plays a critical part in driving L&D transformation through evidence-based decision-making
Your key responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analytics: Own the end-to-end reporting and analytics engine for transformation and learning delivery: build and maintain dashboards tracking milestone progress, risks, variances, and engagement trends across projects and learning journeys
- Audit & Governance: Lead process audit and governance across the full curriculum, learning journeys, and program lifecycle. Design and enforce quality control frameworks, conduct periodic audits for consistency and compliance, and own the continuous improvement roadmap that emerges from audit findings.
- Project & Transformation Delivery: Manage end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives with a governance lens, tracking milestones, dependencies, and scope against a structured reporting cadence. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and escalate risks or variances through formal governance reviews with the core team.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, using reporting outputs and audit insights as the backbone of influence and alignment, ensuring transparency and accountability across the business.
- Tools & Platforms: Apply strong technical expertise across learning platforms and AI tools (SABA, Docebo, SFMC, and others) primarily to extract, structure, and analyze data for reporting, audit trails, and governance documentation.
- Operations: Support the team on run-the-business activities and ad hoc projects as and when needed, stepping in flexibly to ensure continuity and momentum across priorities.

What You'll Bring
- Proven Track Record: 10+ years of progressive experience in change, transformation, Operations redesign, with at least 4+ years spearheading large-scale digital or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Tech Savviness: Deep functional knowledge of modern HR/L&D systems (e.g., Workday Learning, Degreed, EdCast, Cornerstone) and automated content creation tools.
- Audit & Governance Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing or operating within audit, quality control, or governance frameworks, with a track record of turning findings into measurable process improvement
- Analytical Fluency: Comfortable working with large or messy data sets, building dashboards, and translating trends into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Who You'll Work With
A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the Operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
