HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As a General Labor Operations team member, you will support the safe and efficient production of high-quality products across our manufacturing facility. By assisting with production processes, monitoring equipment and product flow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you will play an important role in helping our operation meet production goals while delivering products consumers trust.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Work safely at all times by following established safety procedures and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), SDS/MSDS guidelines, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and chemical handling procedures.
- Support daily production activities and assist where needed throughout the manufacturing operation.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize HMI screens and production systems to verify product specifications, equipment status, and process conditions.
- Respond to process issues, alarms, line jams, and equipment concerns by following established procedures and notifying leadership as required.
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and making process adjustments when appropriate.
- Support changeovers, turnarounds, and startup activities following standard operating procedures.
- Complete required production, quality, safety, USDA, and OSHA documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in training activities and assist with onboarding new employees by demonstrating job tasks and answering questions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and workplace organization.
- Maintain awareness of moving equipment, operating conditions, and surrounding work environments to promote a safe workplace.
- Attend required safety, quality, and operational training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and operating procedures.
- Ability to monitor equipment, processes, and production conditions.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and move where needed to support production requirements.
- Ability to accurately complete production and compliance documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Commitment to quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- If no High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or food processing experience.
- Experience working with automated equipment or HMI systems.
- Forklift experience (preferred for forklift positions).
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, and workplace organization practices.

12-Hour Alternative Work Schedule (AWS)
Overnight Shift
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
8-Hour Shift Schedules
2nd Shift
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Typically scheduled 6–7 days per week
3rd Shift
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Typically scheduled 6–7 days per week
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $18.40 - $21.65 per hour
Compensation is based on manufacturing experience, skills, qualifications, and position assignment.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
