As the Supervisor, RCM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations processes. - Minimum 3+ years of current, hands-on Epic experience is mandatory.
- 2+ years of direct experience in Insurance Verification, Referrals, and/or Prior Authorizations is essential.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle operations, is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility, referral processes, authorization workflows, and payer guidelines.
- Experience managing team productivity, quality assurance, and workload allocation.
- Ability to provide effective coaching, support, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a client-centric approach.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify process improvements.
