About this role

The OCMI Worker provides matching services for older youth. This includes meeting with children on assigned caseload monthly and taking youth to various matching events. The worker is responsible for all documentation and paperwork necessary in the completion of any child services that are referred. He/she will meet regularly with the Permanency Supervisor to review cases and discuss practice skills to improve case management and practice skills.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree is required but a Masters Degree is preferred, in the field of Social Work or a related field preferred. Experience in child welfare or adoption casework is beneficial. Experience working with children and families is preferred.
