Reporting to an Associate Director in Healthcare, this role will set priorities, develop talent, improve business processes, and deliver scalable tools and operating mechanisms. The leader will also play a central role in integrating a business unit into Chewy by defining future-state processes, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and driving implementation and adoption.

What You'll Do:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for program delivery across pricing, merchandising operations, promotions, process optimization, and business integration.
- Set clear goals and priorities, allocate work effectively, provide ongoing feedback, manage performance, and create development opportunities that strengthen team capability and engagement.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a portfolio of programs that improve pricing execution, merchandising operations, and promotional planning and execution.
- Lead the integration of a business unit into Chewy, mapping current-state processes, defining the future-state operating model, and coordinating the transition of workflows, data, tools, and decision mechanisms into Chewy capabilities.
- Partner with leaders and operators across Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and other functions to validate problems, align on objectives, and resolve dependencies.
- Improve pricing and promotion mechanisms, including governance, planning, setup, quality controls, performance measurement, and post-event evaluation.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate repetitive work, standardize decision-making, reduce defects, and improve the speed and scalability of merchandising operations.
- Create program plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes; proactively remove barriers and escalate decisions when needed.
- Establish and monitor success metrics for pricing, promotions, operational efficiency, adoption, and integration milestones; use results to adjust priorities and improve performance.
- Communicate strategy, trade-offs, program status, and recommendations to senior leaders; lead change-management mechanisms and document standardized workflows to sustain adoption.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Program Management, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business process improvement, pricing, merchandising operations, promotions, retail, ecommerce, or a related field.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including setting direction, coaching and developing team members, managing performance, and building an inclusive, high-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategy across multiple complex programs while managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience leading cross-functional business integrations, operating-model changes, platform transitions, or other large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of pricing, merchandising operations, and promotional processes, with the ability to connect operational execution to customer and business outcomes.
- Strong process-improvement and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems, determine root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement scalable solutions.
- Experience using data and metrics to develop actionable insights, establish success measures, monitor performance, and communicate program status and risks.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels through clear, concise, and data-driven written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, schedules, and resource constraints to deliver programs on time.
- Experience leading change management and driving adoption of new tools, processes, operating mechanisms, or business solutions.
- Position may require limited travel based on business needs.

Bonus:

- Experience in healthcare, ecommerce, retail, pricing, merchandising operations, promotions, or multi-channel business environments.
- Experience integrating an acquired or distinct business unit into a larger enterprise, including process, technology, data, and change-management workstreams.
- Experience developing business-owned automation, analytical tools, or workflow solutions using platforms such as AI-related tools, SQL, Snowflake, KNIME, or comparable technologies.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or enterprise platform teams to determine when an existing capability can be leveraged and when a lightweight business solution is appropriate.
