Job Description
 Citadel's Human Resources Internship is designed for graduate and MBA students interested in pursuing a career in HR. As an intern, you'll partner closely with teams across the HR function, build relationships with stakeholders throughout the team, and work on impactful HR projects. 
  
Your Objectives:

Develop a deep, rapid understanding of Citadel’s business model and map our global talent strategy, initiatives, and operational capabilities to high-growth business units
Diagnose complex organizational design challenges and evaluate operating models, recommending streamlined structures and highly optimized workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency
Synthesize complex, multi-dimensional talent data (including attrition, performance, and engagement metrics) to synthesize results into actionable insights
Design and scale professional development curricula and career progression frameworks that accelerate the growth and enable performance of our extraordinary colleagues
Partner collaboratively with People Team leadership, business-facing HRBPs, and key stakeholders to drive high-impact, cross-functional organizational change initiatives
Communicate strategic recommendations with clarity and conviction, producing executive-ready materials and delivering presentations to senior leadership

Your Skills & Talents:

Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics 
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn 
Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance environment 
Effective written and verbal communication skills – ability to present information in a clear and concise manner 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tooling and building agents (e.g., Gemini, Claude)

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $3,500 to $3,850 per week.
