About this role
As a Working Student in the Global Inland Projects team at Hapag‑Lloyd AG, you will work closely with management to organize, monitor and drive Optimus 2.0 and other inland‑related initiatives. You will support multiple workstreams, collaborate with corporate, regional and area stakeholders, co‑design the future inland strategy and help implement it both locally and centrally.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time program in Business Administration, Project Management or Logistics or a related field with availability of approximately 12 months
- First experience in project management or a related business role
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Advanced MS Excel skills with strong data analysis capability, as well as advanced MS PowerPoint skills and ability to craft concise storylines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities
- Business‑fluent English language proficiency
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, as well as interest in inland logistics and supply‑chain strategy
